📦 orders & shipping
are the paintings originals or prints?
all original paintings are one of one. prints are clearly labeled as prints. each original comes with a certificate of authenticity.
do all paintings come framed?
all original paintings on paper come professionally framed. please note that original paintings on wood & canvas do not come framed, as well as prints.
what kind of frames do you use?
frames are selected to best complement each painting. frame color may vary by artwork. if you prefer a specific frame color, add a note at checkout.
can i request gift packaging or a note?
yes. add gift packaging or a custom note in the order notes at checkout.
when will i get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
do i get a tracking number?
original artworks ship with tracked shipping. print club orders ship with stamps to keep the membership affordable and do not include tracking.
how much does shipping cost?
shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. you will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
what if my package is damaged during shipping?
once a package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. damage during shipping is outside my control, and replacements or refunds are not offered. 😔
💌 print club
what is a print club?
the print club is a monthly subscription that delivers a curated art print right to your mailbox. 💌
when is the monthly cutoff?
the cutoff date is the 20th of each month. this applies to both joining and canceling.
if i join after the cutoff date, when do i receive my first print?
your first print will be the following month’s release.
example: if you join on may 31st, your first mail will be shipped at the end of june. 💌
do print club members get birthday gifts?
yes. during your birthday month, print club members receive a special surprise: a small original painting and a handwritten note from me. 🎁
🔄 returns & exchanges
do you accept returns or exchanges?
all sales are final. this helps me keep the process fair and manageable as an independent artist.
what if the artwork is not what i expected?
i encourage reviewing photos, descriptions, and sizes carefully before purchasing. if you have questions before ordering or need more photos/videos, feel free to reach out. 🤍
⛔️ cancellations
can i cancel an order after placing it?
yes. orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. after that window, cancellations are no longer possible.
